CANCELLATION POLICY.
Thank you for choosing our hair studio! We aim to provide you with the best possible service and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, which helps us manage our appointments and serve all our clients effectively.
Booking Deposits:
Online bookings require a 10% deposit, processed securely through Phorest Pay, which safely stores your payment details.
Phone bookings require a £10 deposit, also securely stored through Phorest Pay.
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This policy ensures we can accommodate all our clients and maintain a smooth schedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the salon at 0203 556 9593. If we’re unavailable, feel free to leave a detailed message. You can also manage your appointment through our online booking system.
Please note that cancellations or rescheduling between 48 and 24 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or if you do not show up for your appointment, 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card used for your deposit. If this cancellation fee is not paid for any reason, you will not be permitted to rebook your appointment.
Late Arrivals:
We understand that delays can happen. If you are running late, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate you, late arrivals may affect your appointment duration. If we cannot provide the full service due to your late arrival, you will still be charged for the service booked.
Changing Booked Services:
If you wish to change your booked services, please contact us by phone or edit your appointment directly through our online booking system up to 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes made within this timeframe. However, if you decide to reduce services on the day of your appointment, the original fee will still be due, as we cannot fill the time slot on short notice.
Additional Charges:
To ensure the best results, please arrive with your hair ready for the service—detangled and clean. We reserve the right to refuse service and charge the full amount if your hair is excessively dirty, knotted, or tangled, as this can disrupt our schedule. If we have time to detangle during your appointment, a surcharge may apply for the additional time.
